Yes! Booking a Brazilian wax does not mean you have to remove every single hair. You can go completely bare or leave a little hair in the front. At That Beauty Spot, we can talk through your preference before we start 💕
If terms like “landing strip” and “triangle” sound unfamiliar, here’s what they mean.
Landing strip
A landing strip is a narrow vertical section of hair left in the front. You can tell me whether you prefer it a little wider or narrower, and we’ll discuss what works with your hair growth.
Triangle
A triangle leaves a triangular section of hair in the front, with the surrounding area cleaned up. It’s another option if you want to keep some hair while shaping the front.
Completely bare
Completely bare means removing all the hair in the area being waxed, including the front. If that’s your preference, just let me know.
There’s no “better” choice here. It comes down to what you like.
Tell me before we begin
You do not need to know the official name for a style. Saying “I want to leave a little here” is enough to start the conversation.
Before I apply wax, we can confirm where you want to keep hair and where you want it removed. If you’re undecided, we can start by leaving more. Once hair has been removed, we have to wait for it to grow back.
You can change your preference
You can choose a triangle at one appointment and completely bare at another. If you want to grow a shape back in, mention it before your next wax so we can leave that area alone.
Your wax should reflect your preference, and questions are always welcome.
Book your Brazilian wax at That Beauty Spot in downtown Kissimmee. We’ll talk through the details when you come in!
